Ubisoft have spoken out to the community and have confirmed the next instalment of Assassins Creed shall be set in 18th century America.
A part of me is excited but an equal part is also disappointed... Why America? Why not Egypt? Or a Mayan setting? As long as the game isn't over run by cliches it should be a blast... At least one piece of good news is that the player shall be taking control of a native American and with the wealth of myth and legend surrounding native Americans it should hopefully fit into the story nicely.
